You are very efficient and very nice about staying in touch with us. The only reason we made such a fuss about the packing is that we had ordered a set of the dishes here in Washington, and the place from which we bought them sent them to New Mexico by UPS in the original packages (two to a box) with no bubble wrap and no peanuts to buffer their journey. With the exception of one plate, they ended up in shards. After six months of futile effort to acquire replacements (the place where we had purchased the plates informated us that they had been discontinued) I called the Iittala distributor in New Jersey and learned about your Internet store. You obviously have much greater experience with regard to shipping. You also have a very good selection of material that is discounted and a desire that we be satisfied, so I am sure that you will hear from us again. Many thanks!
